We are always excited to build and grow our community of skilled, dedicated, and passionate Instructors. We are looking to hire instructors who are skilled and have experience with instructing dance, specifically to Elementary school aged youth. You will be required to be proficient in or willing to learn basic level Hip-Hop - Breaking/Locking/Grooves, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary and/or Ballet. Additionally, we prefer those who are willing to embody a culture of learning, improvement, positivity and fun!
We are looking to hire twice a year - by December for our training 2nd to last week of December and by June for our training last week of June. Interviews will happen in November for December and May for June hiring. Please reach out for any questions!
Requirements for Faculty -
Instructor -
- 2+ years training in a studio setting in the dance style to teach (we have set Curriculum and will generally have all Instructors Assist for a month+ before teaching their own class)
- be 18+ years old
- take a TB test and background check
- have 1+ years experience working with kids ages 2+ or 5+
- be available minimum 2 days a week M - F 3 - 8pm
Front Desk -
- 2+ years experience Customer Service
- be 18+ years old
- take a TB test and background check
- have 1+ years experience working with Google Applications & Customer Relations Management software
- be available minimum 2 days a week M - F 3 - 8pm
Join Our Apprentice Team!
We offer a unique opportunity for Students 5th grade+ to learn life skills to help them in their future careers and lives. You will learn Fundamental Career Skills, Dance Instruction, Time Management and be able to work alongside Professionals working in the field to help other students grow their dance knowledge and passion.
This is generally a non-paid internship type position available once per year for the year. The info meeting to join is in May and training in June. Please submit an application and attend the info night to be considered to join the program.
Requirements for Apprentice -
Jr / Teen Apprentice -
- currently taking class at Rize All exclusively
- 2+ years training in a studio setting in the dance style to Apprentice
- be in 5th grade+
- be available 1 day a week for 60+ mins M - F 4:30-8pm
Sr Assistant -
- 2+ years training in a studio setting in the dance style to assist / teach (we have set Curriculum and will generally have all Instructors Assist for a month+ before teaching their own class)
- be 16 - 18 years old
- have 1+ years experience working with kids ages 2+ or 5+
- be available minimum 2 days a week M - F 3 - 8pm
- currently taking class at Rize All exclusively
- Paid Faculty position
