Rize All Policies and Terms of Service
By using our website and/or taking class with Rize all, you agree to our policies and terms of service listed below
We have two payment methods: 1. pay the whole session and receive 5% off, 2. pay 1st and last months tuition and then pay monthly.
Tuition is due before class starts by the first of the month and pays for the next month. When you are enrolled in a season, your account is set to autopay for the season. If you wish to stop class during the season, you will need to let us know in writing 30 days before the next autopay. Tuition and Registration is nonrefundable.
If accounts are paid after the first week of class starting, there will be a $15.00 late fee applied to the account balance. Checks are no longer accepted.
If you enroll after the first class of the month, tuition will be prorated for that month.
Tuition is nonrefundable. Classes are done through a spot in class not a class at a time. No changes can be made for the number of classes in a month or for days missed due to illness or any personal inconveniences.

Tuition will be done through an online system with your card on file. Cash can be used before the payment due date but checks are not accepted. When enrolled in a season, tuition will be autocharged for that season on the first of the month for that month.
All classes will be closed classes except through the tv monitors unless otherwise stated. Please do not enter the classroom unless invited by the Instructor or for emergencies.
Release of Liability
As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless Rize All, its board, owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, illness, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of Rize All, its board, owners and operators or in route to or from any of said premises.

Permission is granted that photos and videos can be used from class time and activity time at the Rize All Arts Center for publicity and other use, unless otherwise received in writing.
If your dancer must miss a class please know that we do NOT offer makeup classes usually. Each class is different, which means a child cannot attend another class to "catch up". We strive to keep consistency in all the classes. It is best for students to work continuously in the same class and build their skills accordingly.
We keep our classes with a low dancer to instructor ratio to allow more focus on each dancer throughout class.
for ages 2.5-4.5 about 1 instructor per 4 dancers with a 16 dancer max
for ages 5-7 about 1 instructor per 5 dancers with a 16 dancer max
for ages 8-12 about 1 instructor per 6 dancers max with a 18 dancer max
for ages 13-18 about 1 instructor per 7 dancers max with a 20 dancer max
for ages 18+ about 1 instructor per 8 dancers max with a 20 dancer max
If a class has less than 6 dancers, please note class can end up to 5-15 minutes early.
**during our safe studio procedure time class sizes have been reduced but still maintaining more instructor in class to help with extra cleanliness and attentiveness
Rize All is a family friendly, healthy environment. We do not tolerate any misbehavior from children, parents, guardians, and anyone on the Rize All premises. We may give you a warning and we do reserve the right to refuse service with no refund.
When you use our Products or Website, you may be asked for personally identifiable information such as your name, address, email address, and telephone number. By giving us such information, you will need to consent by using it in the manner described in this policy.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us at email@example.com. We will return or destroy your personal information within five days of receipt of your withdrawal of consent.

How do I get started?
Setting up an account is easy! You can follow the steps as it walks you through done here or come in and we can help you set one up!
How do I sign up for a free trial?
The first step would be to make an online account. This can be done here or you can come in and we can set it up. The second step would be to pick which class works out. The schedules can be found here. We can either then place the dancer in as a free trial, just email us their name and which class or you can online on your account by going to the home page but clicking request free trial instead of enroll.
What are the Mastery Packages and their pricing?
You can look under each Mastery Class for their specific classes and pricing!
When is Tuition Due and what does it cover?
We have two payment options: 1. pay the whole session and receive 5% off or 2. pay 1st and last month's tuition and then pay monthly. Tuition is due either the first day of the session or the first day of the month. It covers the next month for however many classes are in that month, except for summer which is a 6 week period and tuition covers the entire 6 week period. When in Spring/Fall session, tuition is on autopay for the entire session. Click here for the calendar of dates.
Are there any discounts?
We have multi class discount (dancers taking multiple classes) and sibling discount (families with multiple students). You can see the exact break down here.
What level and classes should my child sign up for?
Class levels are based on age and accommodate all experience levels shown here. Some classes are specified with a Level 1/2 (beginner/intermediate), Level 2/3 (intermediate), or Level 3/4/5 (very advanced) which will require Director recommendation. Students on the age cusps can decide which class would best fit their schedule or speak with a Director about the best fit.
When are the performances for each session?
Each session has a performance at the end (in December and May) and those dates can be found here. Summer does not have a performance but will learn fun dances in class to show at home!
How does my child sign up to perform in the show?
Students must be actively enrolled in a class for either Fall or Spring session before the cut off date (usually by October for Fall and February for Spring). They will then need to turn in a Performance Form stating which dances they are performing in, purchase the costumes for their dance (we will measure students and give a recommended size), and be set to go! You will then need to make sure all accounts are not outstanding and be good to go! Click here for all the info.
How do I become a chaperone volunteer for the show?
You need to fill out the required online form located on the Performance info page. You will then need to attend a meeting. The first is to learn about the position, the second is to walk through the show procedures to be ready! There will be multiple times available for meetings throughout the session to ensure everyone gets a chance to help out at the show! Remember, being a chaperone volunteer is about helping multiple students at the show not only your dancer. We want to make sure everyone is safe and may need you in place to help other dancers!
